To create awareness, stimulate interest, and provide learning opportunities for all students interested in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM).

Chapter Goals

To provide chapter students with the opportunity to gain knowledge and insight for the effective management of human capital through human resource management.

To promote dialogue among students, faculty, and practitioners as a conduit for applying theory and promoting best practice in human resource management.

To provide insight and direction for students pursuing careers in human resource management.

To foster leadership opportunities for members to exercise individual and group talents for promoting ideas and continued learning through camaraderie, respect, and mutual support among chapter members.

To encourage networking, mentorship, internship, and other learning opportunities through partnership and affiliation with the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association (SAHRMA) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
